- Turtles are frequent visitors
- Some sea turtles eat jellyfish and keep their populations under control. Sadly, plastic many times resembles jellyfish underwater and that is why many turtles die from eating waste instead of their favorite food.
- There are also ones that feed on seagrass and by this keep it short, which prevents damaging other marine animals.
- Unlike the ones on the land, sea turtles cannot hide in their shells.
- You can detect the gender of turtle already based on the egg, with male eggs having a higher temperature than females.

- During the nesting season, female turtles return to the same beach where they were born and lay their eggs there.
